Tara Reade Claims DOJ Deleted Epstein Email to Protect Joe Biden
Reade, who worked for Biden in the early 1990s and has accused him of sexual assault, told reporters that the DOJ has been “releasing files and then deleting them,” citing one document connected to a sexual abuse case in Mexico.
The email in question, sent in August 2019 by someone identified as “KenT” and titled “Young girl here in Mexico,” referenced a victim who claimed to have been trafficked by Ghislaine Maxwell, a close associate of Epstein.
“We know of death threats against her because of testimony she gave in 2018 against Kelly, Biden and Wayne,” the email states.
Another message, dated December 2019 and later removed, was published by the media outlet Gateway Pundit. In that email, the author claimed to have interviewed a victim identified as “Karla,” who allegedly named the Bidens among visitors to Epstein’s properties.
“They are protecting [former US President Joe] Biden’s legacy,” Reade said, adding that the deletion of the emails constituted “obstruction of justice.”
She also stated that a “cleanup team” was working to “protect [former US President Barack] Obama’s legacy and Biden’s legacy by proxy.”
The most recent DOJ release of Epstein Estate documents has sparked controversy internationally. Political figures, including a British former diplomat, resigned amid scrutiny, while Norwegian authorities opened an investigation into a former prime minister over past connections to Epstein.
